Yoga for Daisies - ages 5 to 7
Earn the Purple Petal “Respect Myself and Others”
Learn about respecting ourselves through exercise, nutrition, and relaxation.
45 minute class includes Yoga Patch
Cost: $10 per girl*

Yoga for Brownies - ages 7 to 9
Good for My Body “Try-It”
Learn about anatomy while doing fun yoga poses and seeing our muscles in action.
45 minute class includes Yoga Patch
Cost: $10 per girl*

Juniors and Teens - ages 9 to 17
Good for Stress Less Badge
We will practice breathing, stretches, and relaxation poses to learn how to handle stress.
60 Minute Class includes Yoga Patch
Cost: $12 per girl*

Mom and Me Yoga
For Junior and Teen Girl Scouts and their Moms. Learn about the benefits of yoga and try fun partner poses!
75 Minute Class includes Yoga Patch for Girl Scouts
Cost: $18 for Mom & Me ($6 for additional child)*

All Instructors are certified. Mats and props provided. Please wear comfortable clothing.
