This is a class designed to teach the art of “playing”
with gravity! Arm balances provide an individual with strength, focus
and an artistic ability to get creative with their body. Learn the
tricks to help aide in muscle memory so the impossible becomes possible.

The Five Tibetans or Five Rites of Rejuvenation with
Gretchen

A yogic system of energizing exercises believed to have originated
in the Himalayas. The 5 T’s have been called the fountain of
youth and stimulate the flow of energy through the Chakra system and
rejuvenate the entire body. They encourage tone, strength, and resilience;
over time building your ability to experience the regular flow of
life energy. This introductory session will enable you to put the
5T’s into a daily practice.
Partner Stretches with Ely

Join us for fun as we explore yoga with a partner. With your partner,
you learn how to develop and extend your postures (asanas) by exchanging
energy in an enjoyable way. This is a great way to introduce a friend
to the benefits of yoga. All levels welcome! It is not
necessary to bring a partner!
Bend and Be Straight; Empty and Be Full with Gretchen

A yoga and clay workshop. Open and relax your body and mind with gentle
and restorative yoga poses. We will then explore the yielding nature
of clay to express and contain your deepest desires. Price
includes $3 for supplies.

An Introduction to Shaktipat Meditation. A great place to start for
newcomers or beginners. Come and discover how to harness the power
within yourself to find inner peace and harmony. Learn how you can
create an inner space to connect deeply with yourself and the divine.
The workshop(s) will guide you through simple meditation techniques
that will help to heighten your awareness and increase your ability
to be present and in the moment.
Intermediate Meditation with Trish Kapinos

At this level, you are no longer learning information or practicing
techniques, you are deepening your connection, aligning your Self
with your purpose. Begin to clear negative imprints and allow your
inner bliss to deepen and extend into all areas of your life. As you
expand from this space your life force grows, love grows and peace
grows.
Pre-Requisites: Completion of 2 meditation workshops
with Trish or be maintaining a regular meditation practice
