Yoga for Kids

Yoga for Kids is a fun creative class for kids ages 7 – 11. Using yoga poses to go on adventures and playing games, students become more flexible, build strength, learn to focus and concentrate. Yoga helps with self-esteem, improves balance and motor coordination, and build coping skills to help with stress. Students will learn relaxation and breathing techniques.

We strive to teach yoga in a peaceful, relaxed, and supportive environment. Our studios are located in Manassas, Virginia and convenient to Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket, Centreville, Woodbride and Warrenton.
